Manufacturing Facilities

Forge Shop: Drop Forged Hammers Capacity up to 2.0 Ton. Hammers are able to manufacture components ranging from 0.500 kg to 15.00 kg in all Grades of Mild Steel, Alloy Steels and Stainless Steel.

Billet Heater for Forging: Electric Billet Heater and Oil-fired Billet Heating Furnace up to 450 Kg/hrs.

Machining: CNC Turning Centre & Vertical Machining Centres (CNC VMC) - Machines for Tools & Dies making and Precisely Machined components.

Press Shop: Power Press up to 150 Ton Capacity, Hydraulic Press-200 Ton Capacity.

Heat Treatment: Annealing and ISO-thermal annealing Gas fired Sealed Quench, Drip feed carburizing furnaces, and controlled atmosphere continuous hardening and tempering with continuous data logging facility for process control and monitoring.
